Church Farm Cottage is detached and sits in the 5 acre grounds of Church Farm House with views over paddocks and farmland. The cottage is entirely separate from the house and has its own driveway and enclosed garden. The adjacent church, unique with its sheep which graze the churchyard, as in ancient times! is open for viewing and holds just one service a month. There is a working (arable) farm next door.

The property is situated in Stainton by Langworth, a small rural village, located on Lincolnshire's Cycle Route One, off a single track road which is used for local access only. It is just six miles from the beautiful, historic Cathedral city of Lincoln with its ancient buildings, cobbled streets, restaurants, shops, theatre and cinema.

| The cottage provides an ideal base for touring the county. The Lincolnshire Wolds with splendid natural scenery and picturesque villages, market towns and castles are a short drive away. The coast with its unspoilt beaches and seaside resorts is within 35 miles. |

The area is a haven for wildlife with resident barn owls nesting on the paddock. During the summer months swallows nest in the barns on the cottage driveway, watch the amazing sight of them flying in and out to feed their young. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets and really starry night skies. Experience a slower pace of life, with clean air, where children can collect eggs from the totally free range hens. There are a wealth of local footpaths and bridleways enabling walking right from the front door. Including walks around our 30 acres of private woodland and wild flower meadow, situated near by. |
