Late bookings diary 2011:

Short breaks (available from October to the end of March) are usually calculated at 20% per night, of the weekly rate, minimum booking of 3 nights.

As a general guide, prices range from £295 pw low season to £595pw high season. A deposit of 20% of the total price, secures your reservation. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payments can be made by installments if preferred. We can offer a 5% discount on any 2 week (or longer!) full price booking. Our usual changeover day is a FRIDAY, the cottage is usually availble from 3pm.

We have an additional charge for dogs, of £10 each dog per stay (up to 2  well behaved small/medium sized, dogs) please arrange with us before booking.

The price of the cottage is fully inclusive of linen, towels and sensible use of fuel. There are plenty of cleaning products and basic essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. will be in the cottage for your arrival.  We also provide a welcome tea tray with biscuits.
